Jolyph operates within the Philippine online gaming regulatory framework. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using Jolyph, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful for you personally.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active Jolyph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein, pending investigation.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Jolyph ("Jolyph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Jolyph online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available at jolyph.com and through the Jolyph mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

Jolyph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Jolyph will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To register for and use the Jolyph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: Jolyph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 21 or older will be suspended and any balance held pending investigation.
By registering on Jolyph, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Any misrepresentation of your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
To access the full features of the Jolyph Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the Jolyph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where Jolyph identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jolyph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify Jolyph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Jolyph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Jolyph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any other time Jolyph deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
Jolyph currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Jolyph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Deposits are credited to your Jolyph account balance upon confirmation of receipt by Jolyph's payment processing systems. Jolyph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which Jolyph bears no responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. Jolyph will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Jolyph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. Jolyph may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the fee schedule on the Platform. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied.
All funds deposited into your Jolyph account are held for the purpose of gaming on the Platform. Jolyph does not pay interest on account balances.
All bets placed on the Jolyph Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game being played, as published on the relevant game page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
Each game on the Jolyph Platform has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Jolyph reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice.
Jolyph reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or where the odds or game outcome were materially affected by circumstances outside normal game operation. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
Game results on the Jolyph Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Jolyph uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. Players who believe a result is incorrect must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the relevant game round by contacting Jolyph support.
From time to time, Jolyph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jolyph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:
Anti-Money Laundering: Jolyph is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. Jolyph will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players must ensure that all funds deposited on the Platform are from legitimate sources.
All content on the Jolyph Platform — including but not limited to the Jolyph name, logo, game designs, graphics, text, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jolyph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Jolyph Platform without the prior written consent of Jolyph.
Any unauthorized use of Jolyph's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jolyph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Jolyph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Jolyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if Jolyph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Jolyph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Jolyph will use reasonable endeavors to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Jolyph's liability for death or personal injury caused by Jolyph's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed at your own request and no breach of these Terms is involved, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may request the closure of your Jolyph account at any time by contacting Jolyph support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules, and any resulting balance will be returned to you.
Jolyph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, Jolyph will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Jolyph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and Jolyph arising out of your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Jolyph support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
Nothing in this section shall prevent Jolyph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
